摘要：【中文】本发明提供一种汽车用高亮PC外装饰件及其制备方法和应用，所述外装饰件包括PC基板与位于所述PC基板表面的有机硅涂层，所述外装饰件的总厚度为2～4mm。所述制备方法包括将PC料粒加热成流体，将所述流体通入模具中注塑得到PC基板；在得到的所述PC基板表面淋涂有机硅涂层，固化后得到所述汽车用高亮PC外装饰件。所述外装饰件可减小立柱与玻璃的台阶产生的风噪，表面硬度高，黑亮效果更明显，与整车造型更协调，淋涂表层更耐磨，耐划伤，所述制备方法中淋涂工艺比高光喷涂更环保，对操作人员危害更小。 【EN】The invention provides a high-brightness PC (polycarbonate) outer decoration for an automobile, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the outer decoration comprises a PC substrate and an organic silicon coating positioned on the surface of the PC substrate, and the total thickness of the outer decoration is 2-4 mm.
