摘要:【中文】本发明提供了一种楔形的预应力筋用低回缩锚固装置及使用方法,该预应力筋用低回缩锚固装置包括低回缩锚板、夹片、楔形垫板、锚垫板、螺旋筋,所述低回缩锚板与锚垫板之间安装有所述楔形垫板。本发明的有益效果是:本发明尤其是解决了扁形锚具无法实现低回缩张拉的问题。且本发明结构简单、合理,可满足各种强度要求,不仅可以达到桥梁设计的高强度要求,并且通过低回缩锚板与锚垫板之间安装的楔形垫板的斜面配合使用,在二次张拉时,通过推动楔形垫板(补偿间隙),从而使锚具回缩量有效控制在1mm以内;一次推进到位,操作简单、方便。 【EN】The invention provides a low-retraction anchoring device for a wedge-shaped prestressed tendon and a using method thereof. The invention has the beneficial effect that the problem that the flat anchorage device cannot realize low-retraction tensioning is particularly solved.
