摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种可用于纸张上的3D打印导电油墨的制备方法,首先溶解纳米银粉,得到纳米银溶液;将得到的纳米银溶液中依次加入助剂水性分散剂、水性聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂和甲基纤维素,然后通过超声分散,得到混合溶液,然后将混合溶液中依次加入防沉剂和消泡剂,搅拌得到导电油墨;利用油墨PH计测导电油墨PH,PH值为中性或弱碱性,利用粘度计测粘度,粘度范围为8‑12P;最后得到的导电油墨利用JD200 Proo 3D打印机在相片纸上进行电路板的打印并干燥,并测量电阻;本发明制作的水性导电油墨,成本低,可以应用于相片纸上电路板的打印。 【EN】The invention discloses a preparation method of 3D printing conductive ink used on paper, which comprises the steps of firstly dissolving nano silver powder to obtain a nano silver solution; sequentially adding an auxiliary agent aqueous dispersant, aqueous polyurethane resin, aqueous acrylic resin and methyl cellulose into the obtained nano silver solution, then performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a mixed solution, sequentially adding an anti-settling agent and a defoaming agent into the mixed solution, and stirring to obtain conductive ink; measuring the pH value of the conductive ink by using the pH value of the ink, wherein the pH value is neutral or alkalescent, and measuring the viscosity by using the viscosity meter, wherein the viscosity range is 8-12P; finally, the obtained conductive ink is used for printing and drying a circuit board on photo paper by a JD200 Proo 3D printer, and the resistance is measured; the water-based conductive ink prepared by the invention has low cost and can be applied to printing of circuit boards on photo paper.
