摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种铁掺杂的中空MFI型分子筛的制备方法及应用。将正硅酸四乙酯逐滴加入到四丙基氢氧化铵溶液中,搅拌澄清,得到分子筛前驱液;随后将有机铁盐水溶液逐滴加入到分子筛前驱液中,搅拌整夜,水热结晶;将水热结晶得到的样品离心分离,并洗涤,干燥整夜;将干燥后的样品进行煅烧,得到具有中空结构的铁掺杂的纯硅MFI型分子筛。该种分子筛具有高的铁含量,具有较薄的壳层结构,同时活性位点均位于中空沸石的壳层中,降低了反应物分子的传质阻力并缩短了其传质路径。同时,掺杂铁的分子筛活性位点能够较好地保留,即具有较好的循环稳定性。应用在有机物降解反应中。 【EN】The invention relates to a preparation method and application of an iron-doped hollow MFI type molecular sieve. Tetraethyl orthosilicate is dropwise added into tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide solution, and the solution is stirred and clarified to obtain molecular sieve precursor solution; then dropwise adding an organic ferric salt aqueous solution into the molecular sieve precursor solution, stirring overnight, and carrying out hydrothermal crystallization; centrifuging and separating a sample obtained by hydrothermal crystallization, washing and drying overnight; and calcining the dried sample to obtain the iron-doped pure silicon MFI type molecular sieve with a hollow structure. The molecular sieve has high iron content and a thin shell structure, and active sites are all positioned in the shell of the hollow zeolite, so that the mass transfer resistance of reactant molecules is reduced, and the mass transfer path of the reactant molecules is shortened. Meanwhile, the active sites of the molecular sieve doped with iron can be well reserved, namely, the molecular sieve has better cycle stability. The method is applied to organic matter degradation reaction.
