The method mainly comprises the following steps: firstly, for two adjacent manually driven vehicles which can be detected by an automatically driven vehicle, dividing the driving state of a rear vehicle into following and approaching states, and predicting an expected driving state parameter of the rear vehicle at the next moment by using track data of a front vehicle detected by the movement of the automatically driven vehicle; secondly, calculating the difference value between the expected running state parameter and the actual running state parameter of the vehicle at the next moment, and if the difference value exceeds the acceptable range, inserting a new vehicle between the two adjacent manually-driven vehicles; then, further calculating an initial insertion position and an initial insertion speed of the inserted manually-driven vehicle according to the local traffic density of the road and the average speed of the area; and finally, designing a cellular automaton motion updating rule, simulating vehicle motion, and completing the reconstruction of the inserted vehicle track according to the motion updating rule to obtain the full sample track of the mixed traffic flow of the expressway.
