摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种炼焦全过程控制焦炭质量的方法、系统、介质及设备,其中的方法包括:通过小焦炉试验判定配煤方案可行性,并按照判定通过的配煤方案进行配煤操作;获取在炼焦过程中检测到的焦炉状态参数;根据所述焦炉状态参数控制焦炉标准温度的波动在预设范围内;根据所述焦炉状态参数预测焦炭成熟度,当预测焦炭成熟度满足要求时,则获取焦炭产品的化验结果,并根据所述焦炭产品的化验结果确定焦炭质量实际值。本发明首先在炼焦前通过小焦炉试验判定配煤方案可行性,从而从源头控制角度有效保证了入炉配合煤的合理经济性,并在炼焦过程中控制焦炉标准温度的波动和焦炭成熟度,有效保证了最终产出的焦炭产品的质量。 【EN】The invention relates to a method, a system, a medium and equipment for controlling coke quality in the whole coking process, wherein the method comprises the following steps: judging the feasibility of a coal blending scheme through a small coke oven test, and performing coal blending operation according to the judged coal blending scheme; acquiring coke oven state parameters detected in the coking process; controlling the fluctuation of the standard temperature of the coke oven within a preset range according to the coke oven state parameters; and predicting the maturity of the coke according to the state parameters of the coke oven, acquiring the test result of the coke product when the predicted maturity of the coke meets the requirement, and determining the actual value of the coke quality according to the test result of the coke product.
