摘要:【中文】本发明是将电磁感应技术应用在临床检测,对肺内空气的容量进行测定的新技术。克服了现有的测试设备体积巨大、对使用环境要求严格、对受试者配合程度苛刻、价格昂贵等诸多缺点。新技术通过使用弹性材料放置在胸壁和腹壁两个线圈利用电磁感应的原理对胸壁和腹壁的运动进行连续的容积描迹,描迹的容积值通过口腔的流速传感器测定的容积进行多次定标。定标后的线圈用于在呼吸管路关闭后继续对肺内气体容量的容积描迹,口腔压力在封闭呼吸管路内由于胸腹壁的运动而产生波动压力。将测得的胸腹壁容量变化值和口腔压力变化值代入气体方程式计算出胸廓气量,再根据受试者的慢肺活量的数据计算出残气、补吸气量、补呼气量、肺总量和气动阻力。 【EN】The invention relates to a new technology for measuring the volume of air in the lung by applying an electromagnetic induction technology to clinical detection. The calibrated coil is used for continuously tracing the volume of the gas volume in the lung after the respiratory pipeline is closed, and the oral cavity pressure generates fluctuating pressure in the closed respiratory pipeline due to the movement of the thoracoabdominal wall. Substituting the measured chest and abdomen wall volume change value and oral cavity pressure change value into a gas equation to calculate the thoracic air volume, and calculating residual air, supplemented air volume, total lung volume and aerodynamic resistance according to the slow lung capacity data of the testee.
