摘要:【中文】本发明公开一种新型固井车,包括装载体、电气系统、柱塞泵、清水管汇、泥浆管汇和高压管汇,装载体上设有横梁,横梁上顺序安装液压系统、动力传动系统、计量罐、操作平台和混合系统,操作平台上顺序安装气路系统和操作系统,电气系统为固井车供电,柱塞泵、清水管汇、泥浆管汇和高压管汇均设在操作平台下方,清水管汇为柱塞泵和混合系统供水,泥浆管汇为柱塞泵提供泥浆,柱塞泵通过高压管汇将泥浆注入井内,固井车还集成了稳压灰罐、空压机和空气瓶。有益效果:优化空间布局,将稳压灰罐、空气瓶和空压机集成在一台固井车上。优化上灰管汇,既可稳压灰罐供灰,又可外接供灰设备供灰。采用大容积空气瓶,满足固井车需求的同时可为其他设备供气。 【EN】The invention discloses a novel well cementing truck which comprises a loading body, an electrical system, a plunger pump, a clean water manifold, a slurry manifold and a high-pressure manifold, wherein a cross beam is arranged on the loading body, a hydraulic system, a power transmission system, a metering tank, an operating platform and a mixing system are sequentially arranged on the cross beam, an air circuit system and an operating system are sequentially arranged on the operating platform, the electrical system supplies power to the well cementing truck, the plunger pump, the clean water manifold, the slurry manifold and the high-pressure manifold are all arranged below the operating platform, the clean water manifold supplies water to the plunger pump and the mixing system, the slurry manifold supplies slurry to the plunger pump, the plunger pump injects the slurry into a well through the high-pressure manifold, and the well cementing truck is further integrated with a pressure stabilizing ash tank, an air compressor and an air. Has the advantages that: optimize the space layout, integrate the steady voltage ash can, air bottle and air compressor machine on a well cementation car.
