摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种硅压阻式压力传感器封装总成结构,两块贴有硅压阻式压力传感器芯片、键合引线、引脚、测温元件和控温管壳的基板中间贴有加热片并设在隔热管壳两端,隔热管壳中带导气管的一面与第一机械支撑管壳粘接,第一机械支撑管壳与第二机械支撑管壳、第三机械支撑管壳连接。其优点在于:(1)本发明通过基板和三层管壳的结构,实现了针对硅压阻式压力传感器芯片控温与多量程芯片复合方案的一体化封装与总成;(2)本发明通过导热材料加工的控温管壳将传感器芯片与测温探头罩在一个很小的空间内,并在外围用隔热管壳隔热,提高了控温性能与测温精度,能够为传感器芯片提供一个稳定的恒温环境。 【EN】The invention discloses a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor packaging assembly structure, wherein heating sheets are pasted between two substrates pasted with silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor chips, bonding leads, pins, a temperature measuring element and a temperature control tube shell and are arranged at two ends of a heat insulation tube shell, one surface with an air duct of the heat insulation tube shell is pasted with a first mechanical support tube shell, and the first mechanical support tube shell is connected with a second mechanical support tube shell and a third mechanical support tube shell. The advantages are that: (1) according to the invention, through the structure of the substrate and the three layers of tube shells, the integrated packaging and assembly aiming at the temperature control of the silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor chip and the multi-range chip composite scheme are realized; (2) the sensor chip and the temperature measuring probe are covered in a small space by the temperature control tube shell processed by the heat conducting material, and the periphery of the sensor chip is insulated by the heat insulation tube shell, so that the temperature control performance and the temperature measuring precision are improved, and a stable constant temperature environment can be provided for the sensor chip.

摘要:【中文】本发明属于纳米功能材料与电化学技术领域,尤其涉及一种PANI‑NiO无酶电化学传感器的制备。本发明先通过煅烧制备了NiO再采用一锅法在制备苯胺溶液时加入一定量的NiO进行原位聚合合成了PANI‑NiO复合材料,将其修饰在玻碳电极上制成的PANI‑NiO无酶传感器,并将去用于抗坏血酸的检测。结果表明用本发明制备的PANI‑NiO无酶电化学传感器制备简单,灵敏度高等优点。 【EN】The invention belongs to the technical field of nano functional materials and electrochemistry, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a PANI-NiO enzyme-free electrochemical sensor. 摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种基于大数据的压缩机故障诊断方法,包括以下步骤:专家经验/机理相关贝叶斯网络搭建;数据驱动网络搭建,包括将压缩机振动数据处理为可操作化数据,将所有采样点振动数据绘制相关图,将所有采样点的振动数据的90%位数‑10%位数绘制相关图,初步分析故障特征;对相关振动信号进行合理降噪,将振动信号进行降噪之后,利用三层小波包分析,将原本的每个采样时间点的时域波形分解为八个频段的振动信号,进行各个频段的能量占比分析,将故障时间段的能量占比分析与正常时间段的能量占比分析进行比对,利用三层小波包分析及能量占比分析寻找出可供预测压缩机故障的特征参数,进而构建相关网络利用逻辑回归进行故障预测。 【EN】The invention discloses a compressor fault diagnosis method based on big data, which comprises the following steps: constructing a Bayesian network related to expert experience/mechanism; the method comprises the steps of establishing a data driving network, processing vibration data of a compressor into operable data, drawing a correlation diagram of the vibration data of all sampling points, drawing the correlation diagram of 90% -10% of digits of the vibration data of all the sampling points, and preliminarily analyzing fault characteristics; reasonably denoising a related vibration signal, decomposing an original time domain waveform of each sampling time point into vibration signals of eight frequency bands by using three-layer wavelet packet analysis after denoising the vibration signal, performing energy ratio analysis of each frequency band, comparing the energy ratio analysis of a fault time period with the energy ratio analysis of a normal time period, finding out characteristic parameters for predicting the fault of the compressor by using the three-layer wavelet packet analysis and the energy ratio analysis, and further constructing a related network to predict the fault by using logistic regression.
