摘要:【中文】一种提高低透松软煤层抽采钻孔稳定性的方法,包括以下步骤:1,在钻杆外侧套上可伸缩拖动式套管;2,向煤层深处钻孔;3,钻孔达指定深度后,将钻杆和可伸缩拖动式套管撤出钻孔腔;4,向钻孔腔内放置防塌管至钻孔腔底部;5,在封孔管两端分别固定一个柔性气囊,两个柔性气囊之间通过通气管连接;6,在靠近钻孔腔位置的柔性气囊的上下两端分别固定注浆软管和回浆软管;7,将封孔管套在防塌管上,对两个柔性气囊充气,使其与钻孔腔内壁紧密贴合;8,对两个柔性气囊之间的封闭空间进行注浆;9,注浆完毕后拆除注浆装置,扎紧注浆软管与回浆软管。本方法保证了抽采钻孔的稳定性,以解决松软煤层成孔率低、封孔效果差的问题。 【EN】A method for improving the stability of a low-permeability soft coal seam extraction drill hole comprises the following steps: 1, sleeving a telescopic dragging type sleeve on the outer side of a drill rod; 2, drilling holes in the deep part of the coal seam; 3, after the drill hole reaches the designated depth, the drill rod and the telescopic dragging type sleeve are withdrawn from the drill hole cavity; 4, placing an anti-collapse pipe into the drilling cavity to the bottom of the drilling cavity; 5, fixing a flexible air bag at two ends of the hole sealing pipe respectively, and connecting the two flexible air bags through a vent pipe; 6, respectively fixing a grouting hose and a grout returning hose at the upper end and the lower end of the flexible air bag close to the drilling cavity; 7, sleeving the hole sealing pipe on the anti-collapse pipe, and inflating the two flexible air bags to enable the two flexible air bags to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the drilling cavity; 8, grouting the closed space between the two flexible air bags; 9, after grouting, removing the grouting device, and tightening the grouting hose and the grout returning hose. 摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种矿井水处理装置,特别涉及一种矿井水微污染物深度处理装置,属于水处理技术领域。该装置主体呈柱状,装置主体的最外层设有网状外壳,主体的底部与顶部由密封板密封,主体的顶部设有出水口,网状外壳里自外向内依次设有微滤层、离子交换层和超滤层,超滤层顶部与出水口连通,出水口管路连接有抽吸泵。本发明所述的矿井水微污染物深度处理装置为浸没式,通过抽吸泵加压,矿井水依次经过微滤层、离子交换层、超滤层,经由超滤层顶部出水口出水,实现矿井水中污染物的分离与去除。该装置针对含有微量有机污染物及氟离子的矿井水进行处理,能直接置于矿井水处理系统中的出水澄清池中,无需额外占地,经济实用。 【EN】The invention relates to a mine water treatment device, in particular to a mine water micro-pollutant advanced treatment device, and belongs to the technical field of water treatment.
