摘要：【中文】本发明涉及一种燃气轮机空气过滤系统前置气液分离器及方法，其包括进气部分、旋转加速部分、液滴颗粒分离及收集部分和净化分离部分；含液滴颗粒的气流经所述进气部分进入所述旋转加速部分，一部分气流经所述旋转加速部分进入所述液滴颗粒分离及收集部分，另一部分气流经所述旋转加速部分进入所述净化分离部分；所述进气部分包括进口管路和蜗壳状管路；所述进口管路与所述蜗壳状管路连通。本发明能减少进入空气过滤系统之前气体中的液相颗粒物，降低空气过滤系统的滤芯失效风险，延长过滤系统使用寿命，并能降低过滤系统的运维成本。 【EN】The invention relates to a preposed gas-liquid separator of a gas turbine air filtering system and a method thereof, wherein the preposed gas-liquid separator comprises a gas inlet part, a rotation accelerating part, a liquid drop particle separating and collecting part and a purifying and separating part; the gas flow containing the liquid droplet particles enters the rotating acceleration part through the gas inlet part, one part of the gas flow enters the liquid droplet particle separation and collection part through the rotating acceleration part, and the other part of the gas flow enters the purification and separation part through the rotating acceleration part; the air inlet part comprises an inlet pipeline and a volute pipeline; the inlet pipeline is communicated with the volute pipeline. The invention can reduce liquid phase particles in the gas before entering the air filtering system, reduce the failure risk of the filter element of the air filtering system, prolong the service life of the filtering system and reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the filtering system.
