摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种石墨烯/铜纳米晶复合催化材料,解决了现有催化材料存在的负载率不高、催化环境受限、催化效率有待提升的问题。技术方案将为:步骤1:将松柏烯和铜盐溶解于乙醇中制成混合液;将石墨烯超声分散于N,N‑二甲基甲酰胺中,制成石墨烯分散液;向所述石墨烯分散液中加入所述混合液反应后,离心、洗涤并冷冻干燥得到单分散的石墨烯负载铜纳米晶;步骤2:将5~10重量份石墨烯/铜纳米晶分散于去50重量份离子水中,加入1~1.5重量柠檬酸钠不断搅拌反应、冷冻干燥,制备得到多孔石墨烯/铜纳米晶气凝胶。本发明工艺简单、原料易得、生产成本低,生产的石墨烯/铜纳米晶复合催化材料吸附性能优异、使用寿命长、分解效率高、适用于多种环境条件。 【EN】The invention discloses a graphene/copper nanocrystalline composite catalytic material, which solves the problems of low load rate, limited catalytic environment and low catalytic efficiency of the existing catalytic material. 摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种低温柔性改性沥青胶料的制备方法,解决了现有沥青胶料耐低温冷脆性差的问题。技术方案包括将以下重量百分数的原料搅拌混合均匀制得:沥青60~74%、树脂5~15%、改性碳纳米管10~25%、软化油10~15%、稳定剂1~5%;所述改性碳纳米管采用以下方法制得:S1:将5~10重量份的碳纳米管分散在缓冲液中,加入1~2重量份的多巴胺‑聚乙烯亚胺,室温下搅拌反应,加入稀盐酸溶液终止反应,蒸馏水透析,经过室温干燥,得到修饰后的碳纳米管;S2:将10~20重量份修饰后的碳纳米管分散于溶剂中,加入20~40重量份聚硅烷,并加入0.1~0.8重量份催化剂,室温下反应后除去溶剂,得到改性碳纳米管。本发明制备的改性沥青胶料低温柔性优良、耐低温冷脆性和耐久性好的优点。 【EN】The invention discloses a preparation method of a low-temperature flexible modified asphalt sizing material, which solves the problem of poor low-temperature cold brittleness resistance of the existing asphalt sizing material.
