摘要:【中文】本发明公开一种高粘物料的传递及反应装置,涉及物料传递设备及反应器领域。所述传递及反应装置包含一夹套壳体,空心轴组件和分散组件;所述分散组件在所述壳体内部绕所述空心轴组件旋转,所述分散组件由若干换热管网构成;还包括一种高粘物料的传质方法,通过在装有髙粘物料的容腔内旋转具有高比表面积的换热管网,使换热管网内的导热介质在离心力作用下在换热管网内加速分布,并将换热管网导管与外冷却系统连通;高粘物料在离心力的作用下经旋转换热管网从分散组件内侧甩出到外侧。本发明的有益效果包括:增加了有效传热面积,缩短了物料停留时间,拓宽了处理物料的弹性范围,可处理超粘稠物料,减少了物料结焦产能提高,增加了设备产能。 【EN】The invention discloses a high-viscosity material transferring and reacting device, and relates to the field of material transferring equipment and reactors.
