The output result of the compensation model is adopted to compensate the mechanism model predicted value, and the final caustic ratio prediction result is obtained; meanwhile, a model correction data set is formed by the prediction result and the data with the relative error of the actual test value after dissolution lower than 0.1%, the parameters of the recurrent neural network are retrained, and the self-adaptive capacity of the model is improved. The caustic ratio in the Bayer process alumina production high-pressure pipeline digestion process predicted by the online prediction method is high in accuracy, and the method is favorable for production enterprises to guide the setting of the feed proportioning and the secondary alkali adding flow according to the prediction result.
