摘要:【中文】本发明公开了车载DCDC变换器放电方法、以及放电电路,其中车载DCDC变换器放电方法包括:根据母线电压确定放电频率,将DCDC变换器中第一桥臂中的上桥臂功率开关和第二桥臂中的下桥臂功率开关分为一组、第二桥臂中的上桥臂功率开关和第一桥臂中的下桥臂功率开关分为另一组,控制两组中的功率开关按所述放电频率轮流通断形成放电回路,以消耗母线电容C2中的电荷;本发明利用车载DCDC变换器自身电路中原有的功率器件实现放电功能,使得输出端电压将降低到安全等级,不需要额外增加放电开关和电阻,减小了DCDC变换器的体积,降低了产品成本,增加了产品功率密度。 【EN】The invention discloses a discharging method and a discharging circuit of a vehicle-mounted DCDC converter, wherein the discharging method of the vehicle-mounted DCDC converter comprises the following steps: determining a discharging frequency according to the bus voltage, dividing an upper bridge arm power switch in a first bridge arm and a lower bridge arm power switch in a second bridge arm in the DCDC converter into one group, and dividing an upper bridge arm power switch in the second bridge arm and a lower bridge arm power switch in the first bridge arm into another group, and controlling the power switches in the two groups to be alternately switched on and off according to the discharging frequency to form a discharging loop so as to consume charges in a bus capacitor C2; the invention realizes the discharge function by utilizing the original power device in the circuit of the vehicle-mounted DCDC converter, so that the voltage of the output end is reduced to the safety level, a discharge switch and a resistor are not required to be additionally added, the volume of the DCDC converter is reduced, the product cost is reduced, and the product power density is increased.
