摘要：【中文】一种少氯精制漂白紫胶的制备方法，先采用碳酸钠溶液溶解颗粒紫胶得到紫胶树脂碱溶解液；然后将紫胶树脂碱溶解液依次经过除渣、调温、调浓后进行中浓次氯酸钠漂白，得到半漂白浆料；再将半漂白浆料加入助剂调节半漂白浆料后用过氧化氢漂液进行中浓过氧化氢补充漂白，得到漂白紫胶树脂溶液；将漂白紫胶树脂溶液进行硅藻土吸附过滤后用质量浓度不高于6％的稀硫酸或稀盐酸进行酸化沉析处理，析出得到紫胶树脂；最后将析出的紫胶树脂用水洗涤至中性，再经离心脱水和破碎后干燥，冷却后即得到少氯精制漂白紫胶。本发明解决了紫胶传统漂白方法与其他绿色漂白方法相结合的的技术难题，制备的少氯精制漂白紫胶能满足水果保鲜剂甚至药物制备的要求，且环保经济。 【EN】A preparation method of refined bleached lac with less chlorine comprises dissolving granular lac with sodium carbonate solution to obtain lac resin alkali solution; then, sequentially removing slag, adjusting temperature and concentration of the lac resin alkali solution, and then bleaching with medium-concentration sodium hypochlorite to obtain semi-bleached pulp; adding an auxiliary agent into the half-bleached pulp to adjust the half-bleached pulp, and then performing medium-concentration hydrogen peroxide supplementary bleaching by using a hydrogen peroxide bleaching solution to obtain a bleached lac resin solution; carrying out diatomite adsorption filtration on the bleached lac resin solution, and then carrying out acidification precipitation treatment on the bleached lac resin solution by using dilute sulfuric acid or dilute hydrochloric acid with the mass concentration not higher than 6% to obtain lac resin; finally, the separated lac resin is washed to be neutral by water, and then is dried after centrifugal dehydration and crushing, and the low-chlorine refined bleached lac is obtained after cooling. The invention solves the technical problem of combining the traditional bleaching method of the lac with other green bleaching methods, and the prepared less-chlorine refined bleached lac can meet the requirements of fruit preservatives and even medicament preparation, and is environment-friendly and economical.
