摘要：【中文】本发明专利公开一种配电变压器专用有载调压开关及有载调压配电变压器，该开关包括安装主板、绝缘背板、驱动机构组件、选择开关组件、切换开关组件、过渡元件，驱动机构组件包括步进电机、变速箱、锥齿轮、主动齿轮、方轴，步进电机的转动运动借助于变速箱、锥齿轮传递至主动齿轮，主动齿轮带动方轴转动，进而带动选择开关组件和切换开关组件动作，完成调压档位的转换。实现了有载调压开关的小型化，安装在配电变压器中不改变其常规形状和体积上，实现了配电变压器带负荷情况下频繁的电压调整，稳定了供电电压，降低了损耗，实现了宽幅多档位及精细化调压，同时实现了开关寿命周期等同于配电变压器器身的寿命周期，且在其寿命周期内无需维护，提高了配电变压器有载调压的可靠性。 【EN】The invention discloses a special on-load voltage regulation switch for a distribution transformer and the on-load voltage regulation distribution transformer, wherein the switch comprises an installation mainboard, an insulation back plate, a driving mechanism assembly, a selection switch assembly, a change-over switch assembly and a transition element, the driving mechanism assembly comprises a stepping motor, a gearbox, a bevel gear, a driving gear and a square shaft, the rotating motion of the stepping motor is transmitted to the driving gear by means of the gearbox and the bevel gear, the driving gear drives the square shaft to rotate, and then the selection switch assembly and the change-over switch assembly are driven to act, so that the conversion of voltage regulation gears is completed. The on-load voltage regulating switch is miniaturized, is installed in a distribution transformer without changing the conventional shape and the conventional volume of the on-load voltage regulating switch, realizes frequent voltage regulation of the distribution transformer under the condition of load, stabilizes the power supply voltage, reduces the loss, realizes wide and multi-gear and refined voltage regulation, simultaneously realizes the same service life of the switch as that of the distribution transformer body, does not need maintenance in the service life, and improves the reliability of on-load voltage regulation of the distribution transformer.
