摘要:【中文】本发明涉及卷烟纸制备技术领域,尤其涉及利用再造烟叶制备低温加热不燃烧卷烟纸的方法及其应用,所述方法为利用再造烟叶(造纸法)工艺,通过对烟梗、烟末分别提取,烟梗提取液弃用,烟末提取液制备浓缩液,浓缩液经梅拉德反应后制备为涂布液,烟梗、烟末、木浆纤维分别打浆混合并制备基片,经涂布、加香后制备为低温加热不燃烧卷烟纸。所制备的低温加热不燃烧卷烟纸各项物理指标与现用的低温加热不燃烧卷烟纸基本相仿,抽吸时烟草本香突出,香气透发度提高。 【EN】The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette paper preparation, in particular to a method for preparing low-temperature heating non-combustion cigarette paper by reconstituted tobacco and application thereof. 摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种评价卷烟包灰效果的方法。该评价方法把卷烟包灰效果评价指标分为持灰能力和包灰能力,持灰能力评价指标有:紧度、弯曲、外翻、裂纹、脱落5项,在静态和动态两种状态条件下,分别对静态和动态分置不同权重;针对5项评价指标也分别设置不同的权重;参照对照标准及持灰能力评分标准,对目标卷烟样品进行评价,得出持灰值;包灰能力评价指标有裂口率1项;持灰值与包灰值之间的乘积为卷烟包灰效果的综合得分,得分越高包灰效果越好,越小包灰效果越差。该方法能够充分考虑卷烟烟支静态、动态情况下的包灰特征,运用定性、定量相结合的方法综合评价卷烟烟支燃吸的包灰效果,可以更客观有效的对卷烟烟支包灰效果进行评判。 【EN】The invention relates to a method for evaluating cigarette ash effect.
