摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种核电厂安全相关系统和设备定期试验监督要求执行方法,该方法根据不满足监督要求验收准则时是否影响可用性要求,将各个监督要求的验收准则分为两类:可用性准则、正常运行准则;当在执行定期试验时,可用性准则不满足时执行对应的运行限值和条件的措施;正常运行准则不满足时,核电厂内自行控制,采取必要的维修措施,不需要执行运行限值和条件的措施。本发明所提供的监督要求验收准则分类方法简洁、高效,便于使用,避免了不同核电厂执行定期试验策略不一致的情况,便于核安全监管与电厂使用,也避免了不恰当地判定设备不可用进入LCO,进而导致核电机组运行限制。 【EN】The invention relates to a nuclear power plant safety-related system and a method for executing periodic test supervision requirements of equipment, wherein the method divides the acceptance criteria of each supervision requirement into two types according to whether the usability requirement is influenced when the acceptance criteria of the supervision requirement are not met: availability criteria, normal operation criteria; measures to implement corresponding operational limits and conditions when the availability criteria are not met while performing the periodic test; when the normal operation criterion is not met, the nuclear power plant automatically controls the nuclear power plant, necessary maintenance measures are taken, and measures of operation limit values and conditions are not required to be executed. The classification method for the supervision requirement acceptance criteria provided by the invention is simple and efficient, is convenient to use, avoids the situation that the execution of the periodic test strategies of different nuclear power plants is inconsistent, is convenient for nuclear safety supervision and power plant use, and also avoids the condition that improper judgment equipment cannot enter LCO (liquid crystal on-board) so as to cause the operation limitation of a nuclear power unit.
