摘要:【中文】本发明公开一种分型剂,包括木薯淀粉、无水乙醇和水。公开了一种分型剂的制备方法,在20℃~25℃的温度条件下,木薯淀粉、无水乙醇和水以比例混合成分型剂。还公开了一种水轮机转轮流道的石膏模具制法,包括:于转轮叶片表壁上涂抹上述的分型剂;调制石膏浆料;对调制的石膏浆料进行除气;灌浆;起模。公开了木薯淀粉在分型剂制备中的应用。以木薯淀粉为原料配制的分型剂,对石膏模具表面进行修补,方便石膏模型的脱模,使石膏模型的曲面数据能够无限贴近水轮机转轮叶片本体的曲面数据,脱模后在石膏表面呈现自然亚光,适合激光扫描仪对石膏模型表面的扫描,解决了扫描仪无法扫描到水轮机转轮内狭窄空间的数据而无法获得转轮精确的三维模型的问题。 【EN】The invention discloses a parting agent, which comprises cassava starch, absolute ethyl alcohol and water. 摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种混流式水轮机转轮叶片三维模型的逆向反求方法,应用三维扫描仪,包括以下内容:对混流式水轮机转轮叶片进水区域进行三维扫描,获得叶片自外向内的1/3‑1/2长度的曲面数据;对水轮机转轮叶片出水区域进行石膏浆制模,得石膏模具;对石膏模具进行三维扫描,获得叶片剩下的自内向外的1/2‑2/3长度的曲面数据;将上述所得的曲面数据拼接得完整的混流式水轮机转轮叶片三维模型。本发明应用扫描仪在扫描水轮机转轮叶片过程中,遇狭窄扭曲空间,采用以木薯淀粉为原料配制的分型剂制作水轮机转轮出水区域的石膏模型,并将石膏模型扫描数据与直接扫描数据进行拼接,得水轮机转轮完整的三维模型,解决扫描仪无法扫描到水轮机转轮内狭窄空间数据的问题。 【EN】The invention discloses a reverse solving method of a three-dimensional model of a runner blade of a mixed-flow water turbine, which applies a three-dimensional scanner and comprises the following contents: three-dimensional scanning is carried out on a water inlet area of a runner blade of the francis turbine, and curved surface data of 1/3-1/2 lengths of the blade from outside to inside is obtained; carrying out gypsum slurry molding on a water outlet area of a water turbine runner blade to obtain a gypsum mold; three-dimensional scanning is carried out on the plaster mold, and curve data of 1/2-2/3 lengths left by the blades from inside to outside are obtained; and splicing the obtained curved surface data to obtain a complete three-dimensional model of the runner blade of the mixed-flow water turbine. In the invention, when a scanner is used for scanning the blades of the water turbine runner, when a narrow twisted space is encountered, a parting agent prepared by taking tapioca starch as a raw material is adopted to prepare a gypsum model of a water outlet area of the water turbine runner, and the scanning data of the gypsum model is spliced with the direct scanning data to obtain a complete three-dimensional model of the water turbine runner, thereby solving the problem that the scanner cannot scan the data of the narrow space in the water turbine runner.
