摘要：【中文】本发明属于冷轧带钢轧制技术领域，涉及一种延长冷轧酸洗机组石墨热交换器使用周期的方法。本方法从分析加热器在机组运行中形成堵塞的机理入手，以生产工艺技术的创新消除了加热器酸液孔的堵塞；不需要格外的检修停机时间，在一般的临时性停车状态下即可完成，6台石墨加热器完成点冲洗时间为1分钟；对加热器的冲洗过程完全纳入了生产工艺的控制程序，有较高的自动化程度，便于操作，不需增加人力及操作人员的劳动强度。 【EN】The invention belongs to the technical field of cold-rolled strip steel rolling, and relates to a method for prolonging the service life of a graphite heat exchanger of a cold-rolling pickling line.
