摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种无线电能传输系统E类逆变器ZVS工作的参数设计方法,首先利用互感模型将接收侧阻抗折算成原边负载等效阻抗,再根据Raab条件计算出E类逆变器的输入扼流电感、开关管并联电容以及原边补偿电容的电气参数,接着借助电路仿真软件对所设计的系统进行仿真实验并观察E类开关管两端的电压波形是否实现软开关开通(ZVS);若满足软开关开通则设计流程结束,否则可先减小开关管并联电容的电容值,再增大原边补偿电容的电容值,再通过仿真软件观察E类开关管是否实现ZVS,重复上述操作直至E类开关管实现ZVS为止。本发明可以对无线电能传输系统E类逆变器的电容参数进行快速调整,从而使E类开关管工作在ZVS的工作条件下,这有利于减小开关管的开通损耗。 【EN】The invention discloses a ZVS (zero voltage switching) working parameter design method for a class-E inverter of a wireless power transmission system, which comprises the steps of firstly converting impedance of a receiving side into equivalent impedance of a primary side load by using a mutual inductance model, then calculating electrical parameters of an input choke inductor, a parallel capacitor of a switching tube and a primary side compensation capacitor of the class-E inverter according to Raab conditions, and then carrying out a simulation experiment on the designed system by using circuit simulation software and observing whether voltage waveforms at two ends of the class-E switching tube realize soft switching on (ZVS); if the soft switch is switched on, the design process is finished, otherwise, the capacitance value of a parallel capacitor of the switching tube can be reduced, the capacitance value of the primary side compensation capacitor is increased, whether the class E switching tube realizes ZVS or not is observed through simulation software, and the operation is repeated until the class E switching tube realizes ZVS. The invention can quickly adjust the capacitance parameter of the E-type inverter of the wireless power transmission system, thereby enabling the E-type switching tube to work under the ZVS working condition, which is beneficial to reducing the switching loss of the switching tube.
