摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种精锻机锻造圆角方钢成型方法,属于钢材锻造技术领域。为解决精锻机无法锻造圆角方钢坯料的问题,本发明提供了一种精锻机锻造圆角方钢成型方法,该方法锻造成型使用圆锤头,共设计4个道次,第1~3道次以圆形变形为主,第4道次坯料由圆坯变形为成品圆角方钢坯料。本发明通过优化精锻机锻造程序工艺参数,锻造出品质高、尺寸精度高、组织致密均匀、表面质量好的圆角方钢坯料成品,将其用于锻造、轧制等热加工,能够避免产品产生折叠缺陷,提高产品合格率。本发明解决了精锻机方锤头无法生产圆角方钢坯料的问题,利用圆锤头锻造出圆角方钢坯料,既满足产品要求,又节省更换锤头的作业时间,提高设备生产效率,便于灵活组织生产。 【EN】The invention relates to a forming method for forging fillet square steel by a precision forging machine, belonging to the technical field of steel forging.
