摘要:【中文】本发明属于光纤传感领域,涉及一种基于凸锥级联的超紧凑型超长周期光纤光栅制作方法。本发明通过搭建光栅制作平台,采用超连续谱光源作为输入光源,利用半自动光纤加工平台进行光栅制作并进行透射谱的实时监测,分析各结构参数对透射特性的影响,制作出具有高消光比谐振峰的超长周期光纤光栅,构建特征矩阵进而得到双参量测量的传感灵敏度,最后通过仿真模拟证实本发明制作具有较高的重复性。本发明的特点是,由凸锥间隔相同毫米量级的距离形成光栅,整体最小尺寸为2mm,是目前最短的超长周期光纤光栅,可用于温度和应变的同时测量,并且该制作方法具有重复性高、成本低等优势。 【EN】The invention belongs to the field of optical fiber sensing, and relates to a method for manufacturing an ultra-compact ultra-long period fiber grating based on convex cone cascade.
