摘要:【中文】一种方波永磁同步电机两轴旋转坐标系下的转速控制方法,本发明实现了电机转速在两轴旋转坐标系下的直接控制。由于方波永磁同步电机的反电势波形非正弦导致其无法像传统正弦永磁同步电机一样进行坐标变换,因此本方法首先根据电动势不变的原则将非正弦反电势波形映射为正弦波,其次,对于每相绕组均虚拟出超前其空间位置90°的绕组,对每相绕组及其虚拟绕组分别进行Park变换,推导出三相坐标系向d‑q坐标系下的换算公式及反算公式,并离线建立电机转子不同位置下控制所需数据库,通过查找数据库在两轴坐标系下进行电流转速双闭环的控制。本发明能够解决转速控制不平稳等问题,同时可减轻dsp等微处理器的计算负担,提高运行速度进而提高控制精度。 【EN】The invention discloses a rotating speed control method of a square wave permanent magnet synchronous motor under a two-axis rotating coordinate system, which realizes the direct control of the rotating speed of the motor under the two-axis rotating coordinate system. The invention can solve the problems of unstable rotation speed control and the like, can reduce the calculation burden of microprocessors such as a dsp and the like, and improves the operation speed and further improves the control precision.
