摘要:【中文】本发明涉及一种生物碳包覆合成纳米硅酸盐复合抗磨剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将合成的纳米硅酸盐、生物质材料、碱性溶液充分混合后置于高压反应釜中,加热、搅拌并保温一段时间,待反应结束后,对反应产物进行蒸馏水洗涤,干燥并球磨后得到碳包覆纳米硅酸盐纳米粉体。本发明使用生物质原料作为碳源,合成的硅酸盐纳米颗粒作为模板进行表面碳包覆,形成核壳结构的新型纳米颗粒;本发明提供的纳米颗粒作为润滑油添加剂时能够通过在表面形成一层无定形碳膜隔绝摩擦表面之间的接触,从而显著提高润滑油的抗磨性能。 【EN】The invention relates to a preparation method of a nano silicate composite antiwear agent coated and synthesized by biological carbon, which comprises the following steps: fully mixing the synthesized nano silicate, the biomass material and the alkaline solution, then placing the mixture into a high-pressure reaction kettle, heating, stirring and preserving heat for a period of time, after the reaction is finished, washing the reaction product with distilled water, drying and ball-milling to obtain the carbon-coated nano silicate powder. According to the invention, a biomass raw material is used as a carbon source, and the synthesized silicate nano-particles are used as a template for surface carbon coating to form novel nano-particles with a core-shell structure; when the nano particles provided by the invention are used as a lubricating oil additive, a layer of amorphous carbon film is formed on the surface to isolate the contact between friction surfaces, so that the anti-wear performance of the lubricating oil is obviously improved.
