摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种过滤净化的工业纯水制备系统,包括罐体、由上至下依次设置在所述罐体内的布水装置、过滤层、底层滤板和集水管,以及与所述集水管的出水端连接的溢流出水管路;所述溢流出水管路包括与所述集水管的出水端连通的第一管段、与所述第一管段末端连通的竖直上升管段、与所述上升管段的末端连通的呈V字型的沉砂管段、与所述沉砂管段连通的S型爬升管段以及与所述S型爬升管段连通的第二管段;本发明主要用于工业纯水制备工艺中对水进行初步过滤,能有效除去水中的大部分杂质,原料水经由布水装置进入过滤层进行过滤,然后由集水管汇集,再经溢流出水管路排出,实现初步过滤后进入下一作业段。 【EN】The invention discloses a filtration and purification industrial pure water preparation system which comprises a tank body, a water distribution device, a filter layer, a bottom filter plate, a water collecting pipe and an overflow water outlet pipeline, wherein the water distribution device, the filter layer, the bottom filter plate and the water collecting pipe are sequentially arranged in the tank body from top to bottom; the overflow water outlet pipeline comprises a first pipe section communicated with the water outlet end of the water collecting pipe, a vertical ascending pipe section communicated with the tail end of the first pipe section, a V-shaped sand settling pipe section communicated with the tail end of the ascending pipe section, an S-shaped climbing pipe section communicated with the sand settling pipe section and a second pipe section communicated with the S-shaped climbing pipe section; the water distribution device is mainly used for primarily filtering water in the industrial pure water preparation process, can effectively remove most impurities in the water, and raw material water enters the filter layer through the water distribution device for filtering, is collected by the water collection pipe, is discharged through the overflow water outlet pipeline, and enters the next operation section after primary filtering is realized.
