摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种基于知识图谱的发动机配气机构装配工艺控制方法及系统,包括:采集发动机配气机构装配测试参数,构建参数历史数据库;采用模糊理论中隶属度函数对参数进行计算,得到测试参数的最大和最小阈值,形成装配工艺知识库;将实际装配过程中的测试参数与装配工艺知识库中的阈值范围进行匹配,判断实际装配过程中的测试参数是否合格。本发明有益效果:通过模糊理论确定装配阈值的范围,能够提高柴油机装配质量,减少误报情况。 【EN】The invention discloses a method and a system for controlling an engine valve actuating mechanism assembling process based on a knowledge graph, wherein the method comprises the following steps: collecting assembly test parameters of an engine valve mechanism, and constructing a parameter historical database; calculating the parameters by adopting a membership function in a fuzzy theory to obtain the maximum and minimum threshold values of the test parameters and form an assembly process knowledge base; and matching the test parameters in the actual assembly process with the threshold range in the assembly process knowledge base, and judging whether the test parameters in the actual assembly process are qualified. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the range of the assembly threshold is determined by the fuzzy theory, the assembly quality of the diesel engine can be improved, and the misinformation condition is reduced.
