In the process of hydrolyzing cellulose, the cellulase strengthens an enzyme component for degrading an amorphous area of the cellulose and a protein component for depolymerizing a hydrogen bond of a large-size cellulose crystal area, and promotes the breakage of a cellulose macromolecular chain and the peeling reaction of the cellulose crystal area, so that the cellulase is more easily applied to form a nano-scale cellulose crystal. Compared with the existing commercial cellulase, the enzyme system composition of the cellulase is more suitable for preparing the cellulose nanocrystals, and has the advantages of controllable enzyme system, high hydrolysis efficiency, low enzyme cost, simple preparation process, no need of mechanical treatment on raw materials, high yield of the nanocellulose and the like.
