摘要:【中文】本发明是一种钛磁铁矿中铁的化学物相分析测定方法:称取一定质量矿样,磁选后,磁性部分试样采用浸取剂浸取钛磁铁矿,残渣与非磁性部分试样合并。合并后的非磁性部分依次采用浸取剂浸取菱铁矿,采用浸取剂浸取赤(褐)铁矿中铁,采用浸取剂浸取硫化物中铁,采用浸取剂浸取钛铁矿中铁,剩余为硅酸铁。此化学物相分析根据共存矿物的状况选择合理的浸取方式进行不同相态的测定,该化学物相分析流程,解决传统的分离测定中误差较大,串相严重的问题,为钛磁铁矿的综合评价和综合利用提供依据。 【EN】The invention relates to a method for analyzing and measuring the chemical phase of iron in titanomagnetite, which comprises the following steps: weighing a certain mass of ore sample, magnetically separating, leaching titanomagnetite from a magnetic part sample by using a leaching agent, and combining residues with a non-magnetic part sample. The combined non-magnetic part is leached into siderite by leaching agent, the iron in hematite (limonite) is leached by leaching agent, the iron in sulfide is leached by leaching agent, the iron in ilmenite is leached by leaching agent, and the rest is iron silicate. The chemical phase analysis selects a reasonable leaching mode to determine different phase states according to the condition of coexisting minerals, and the chemical phase analysis process solves the problems of larger error and serious phase bunching in the traditional separation determination and provides a basis for comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive utilization of the titanomagnetite.
