摘要:【中文】本发明涉及封闭式连续进出料发酵装置及发酵方法,属于资源环境技术领域。封闭式连续进出料发酵装置中床体为长方形内腔体结构,沿床体长度方向的两端分别为进料端与出料端,其进料端处设有进料系统,床体上端面设有可沿床体长度方向往复移动的翻抛系统,床体内腔体的底端设有加热系统及曝气系统;床体与外部废气处理系统相连;通过自动控制系统进行控制;床体与外部废气处理系统之间设有原料池。本发明将翻抛发酵过程中产生的废气,引入原料池进行吸收后,引出到废气处理系统。一方面可以给原料加温,减少后续堆肥需要的能量。另一方面,经原料吸收后,减少后续臭气的排放。减少废气处理系统的负荷,进一步的废气处理系统为湿式吸收净化系统。 【EN】The invention relates to a closed continuous feeding and discharging fermentation device and a fermentation method, belonging to the technical field of resource environment.
