摘要:【中文】本发明公开一种具有降噪功能的一体式活动吊耳,包括吊耳支座和活动吊耳;所述活动吊耳呈Y型,包括竖部和叉部;所述竖部插入吊耳支座的缺口中,并通过第一吊耳销栓接;上述缺口中设有第一橡胶衬套,所述第一橡胶衬套套设在第一吊耳销上,所述竖部套设在第一橡胶衬套外壁;所述叉部端部之间设有第二橡胶衬套,所述第二橡胶衬套通过第二吊耳销固定在活动吊耳上;所述橡胶衬套外壁设有板簧卷耳。通过橡胶衬套的作用,消除了噪声。活动吊耳和吊耳支座均为铸钢工艺,制造简单易行。该结构不用加黄油,实现免维护,且多个零部件结构相同,互换性较强,降低了成本,提升了产品的品质,值得推广。 【EN】The invention discloses an integrated movable lifting lug with a noise reduction function, which comprises a lifting lug support and a movable lifting lug; the movable lifting lug is Y-shaped and comprises a vertical part and a fork part; the vertical part is inserted into the notch of the lifting lug support and is bolted through a first lifting lug pin; a first rubber bushing is arranged in the notch, the first rubber bushing is sleeved on the first lifting lug pin, and the vertical part is sleeved on the outer wall of the first rubber bushing; a second rubber bushing is arranged between the end parts of the fork parts and is fixed on the movable lifting lug through a second lifting lug pin; and the outer wall of the rubber bushing is provided with a plate spring eye. Noise is eliminated by the action of the rubber bushing. The movable lifting lug and the lifting lug support are both cast steel processes, and the manufacturing is simple and easy.
