摘要:【中文】本发明公开了一种基于随机时间Petri网的医疗系统仿真方法。该方法为:对医疗系统中的就诊流程进行建模;根据随机时间Petri网中各组成部分与医疗系统中的医疗任务映射关系,建立随机时间Petri网模型;对医疗系统进行分析,得到病人完成整个就诊流程的平均等待时间计算方法;根据随机时间Petri网的组成与各部分之间的关系,绘制系统类图;根据随机时间Petri网的特点,建立多服务器仿真算法;将不同的医生、护士、挂号人员和床位数量的方案进行仿真,得到不同方案下的病人平均等待时间,并分析得到合理的资源配置方案。本发明实现了对医疗系统中资源的合理、优化组合,提高了资源利用率,改善了病人的就医体验。 【EN】The invention discloses a medical system simulation method based on a random time Petri net. The method comprises the following steps: modeling a medical treatment process in the medical system; establishing a stochastic time Petri network model according to the mapping relation between each component in the stochastic time Petri network and the medical task in the medical system; analyzing the medical system to obtain a calculation method of the average waiting time of the patient for completing the whole diagnosis process; drawing a system class diagram according to the composition of the random time Petri net and the relation between each part; establishing a multi-server simulation algorithm according to the characteristics of the random time Petri network; and simulating different schemes of doctors, nurses, registration personnel and bed numbers to obtain the average waiting time of patients under different schemes, and analyzing to obtain a reasonable resource allocation scheme. The invention realizes the reasonable and optimized combination of resources in the medical system, improves the utilization rate of the resources and improves the medical experience of patients.
